- Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
- All bookings are subject to written confirmation by us.
No bookings shall be regarded as complete until confirmed by us.
- Three night weekend and four night midweek short breaks may be available in low season or on a last minute basis - contact us for more information.
- Check in is from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and check out is at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
- A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made within this period, the full rental is payable immediately.

- Parking is on the road directly outside the property.
- The rent is fully inclusive of electricity and gas. We supply bed linen, bath and hand towels (1 per person), soap, and toilet paper. (Additional soap & toilet paper is not included).
- A travel cot, high chair, potty, changing mat and baby bath are available on request, but please bring your own cot linen.
- We do not allow parties of same sex eg: 3 / 4 men on stag or 3 / 4 women on hen parties
